Food Processors (Fiji) Ltd, 100% owned by the Republic of Fiji. The company has been in operation for almost 20 years. Food manufacturing is its main line of business.

The company produces Tomato sauce, Chillie sauce, Coconut Cream, Soy Sauce, Coconut Oil and Worcestershire PMU Sauce which is produced under liscence for Goodman Fielders (Fiji) Ltd. Other agro-based products are produced eg. Palusami, which is a ready to eat dish of taro / dalo leaves (leaves of Colocasia Esculenta) in coconut cream, Duruka a Fijian vegetable delicacy or grain sorghum (Saccharum Edule), Breadfruit or Uto (Artocarpus Altilis), Ivi or Tahitian Nuts.

The company continues to develop food products using local indigenous vegetables, fruits and root crops & fresh fish & lobsters for local and export markets. The fine quality foods are manufactured under the brand name "PACIFIC CROWN". These are sold locally and exported to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. The company in its 3 years cooperate plan commencing 2007, aims to continuosly value add on local fruits and vegetables.

The company sees research and development as a key to future growth and sustainability. It has beefed up its research and development with qualified University graduates, who will provide fresh, innovative ideas in value adding.

Under progress is vacuum packed fruits and vegetables, mixed fruit juices, jams and coconut cream.
